What does the first meeting look like?

CIRAA has a comprehensive service offering, and individual products are tailored to the needs of every client. The introductory meeting is mainly focused on getting to know each other. We will ask you what would you like to change in your company, which barriers are slowing you down in the process, how you work as a company and, lastly, what expectations you have from our cooperation.

At the same time, we introduce our services, recommend the best option for starting our cooperation and answer any questions you may have about our further cooperation.

The introductory meeting is held face-to-face by individual agreement, or online if required by coronavirus restrictions.

We would like to start with the sustainability principles in the firm. What should we change first?

Every firm is different and has different requirements and possibilities. From our experience with several firms, we recommend firstly to undertake an input analysis that reveals the potential in each area. You will get a better idea of what you can do better on your own or where you need help to get the results you expect.

Is it possible to read somewhere about your completed projects?

Absolutely. We cooperate with all types of companies from small family-owned businesses such as Biobakery Zemanka to large companies or international organizations such as ŠKODA Auto, Komerční banka, Climate-KIC or Veolia.
